Return and Refund Policy

All sales made through InternetMerchant are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

• Damaged, defective, or materially not-as-described items – contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Order errors on our part (wrong item shipped, etc.) – contact us within 30 days.

Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once access is granted or the file is delivered.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law, including implied warranties of merchantability under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and any protections under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where applicable.
